Melanotan II Instructions
Side Effects

- Nausea: Dose-dependent; most common first 1–2 weeks. Start low and increase gradually. Inject at night to minimize impact.
- Facial flushing: Warmth and redness within 30–60 minutes; decreases over time.
- Fatigue: Especially initial doses — injecting at night reduces impact.
- Darkening of moles/pigment: Existing moles, freckles, and pigmented lesions may darken.
In Men
- Spontaneous erections: Well-known at higher doses. Dose reduction resolves this — notify your provider.
